I want to thank you for following this blog for the last year and some months. It has been a fun adventure and has allowed me to explore my thoughts as well as your thoughts on food and nutrition. This will be the last post on Food For Real, as I am moving on to bigger and better things! But I will continue to move full speed ahead over at Guiltless where we discuss the importance of a healthy body image. Head over for a little inspiration: Guiltless.

Remember to keep that fridge filled with the good stuff: fruits & veggies, lean proteins like fish & chicken & tofu/beans, low-fat or fat-free dairy, and of course your favorite treat for a little indulgence once in a while!
